The polarity of the sign of Aries is masculine for both males and females of the zodiac sign. As a result, an Aries female may not be the girliest of girls. Translation, she can handle herself. Aries female can handle many things that the typical girlie girl won't.

An example, one of my best friends is an Aries female and I have a summer camp in the mountains. Many weekends, we take off to the sanctuary of the outdoors with each of our pets in tow. Now I understand that we're in the forest which means, bugs, dirt and lots of yucky things. Me being a Taurus female, I deal with it as best I can - I call upon my Aries friend. When there's a spider sneaking around, I call her over to take care of it. When we need firewood split, it's my Aries friend who rolls up her sleeves, grabs the shed keys, gets out the mull and starts swinging.

Being a Taurus female, I'm not afraid to dig in myself, however, there are certain things that I just won't do. One of which is deal with spiders, which I consider a mans territory because I'm a bit of a girlie girl. But to my Aries friend, it's nothing. That girl doesn't even blink an eye as she squashes the life out of Boris the Spider and tosses the napkin with his dead carcass in it onto the fire. No squeaks, no shrills, nothing. Then she kinda gives me a look like, "What's the big deal? It's taken care of."

By now you may be getting the wrong impression and thinking that an Aries female wears work boots and a tool belt. That's not the case at all. She's just as much a woman as any of the other zodiac signs on the block and she looks the part, too. The difference is, an Aries woman can stomach things. She's aligned with masculinity via the polarity of her sign and she's an original. For just as much as the Aries male can represent Adam, the first male (the one - the only one, err . . . on the planet if you ask him), the Aries female represents Eve, the first female. An original woman cast in the image of man.

Her sign's age range, the perspective she holds in her mind, is that of 0-7. This is why, many times, Aries can appear irrational and tantrum-like and forever going through the "terrible two's." Her principle is 1, that of self and individual awareness. Her sign's glyph, the ram's horns, represent domination and virility. Single-minded in her artistic or professional pursuits, she adopts a definite plan for their achievement, realizing success by keeping life simple, easily sacrificing extra luxuries. She is the most ascetic female in the zodiac, especially forgoing such feminine trappings as most women would deem essentials.

Calling her a "man's woman" is a gross understatement, as she is far more like-minded and at ease with the opposite sex than with her own. She goes where men go, she does what men do - no double standard, no questions asked. When it comes to sex, Aries is utterly unsanctimonious, requiring no wooing to coax her carnal desires. She seeks to satisfy her own potent sex drive where, when, and with whom she damn well pleases. Indeed, this unapologetic stance towards sex is a key defining factor in the establishment of her identity. To her, men are, first and foremost, sex objects. Unlike her male counterpart who is usually concerned with himself, maintaining that large, healthy ego in believing he is the one, the only one on the planet, Aries female is more concerned with self-preservation. Don't get me wrong, an Aries woman loves the spotlight, but she's more concerned about preserving herself while in it. Whereas, Aries male is dancing around like a peacock and more concerned about how he's going to stay in it.

Aries Fire Burns Fast And Hot But May Die Out Quick

Aries, being the only cardinal (initiator) fire sign (force, energy) in the zodiac, likes to start things. Problem is, they're generally not all that concerned about finishing them. That's someone else's job. Once an Aries gets all hot and bothered about something that inspires them, they'll be quick to take action on it. Once they've done that, that's pretty much where it ends. This is why they make great leaders. They have an ability to get others on board and then direct them towards the finish line. But the actual hard work of getting there may fall on someone else's shoulders. The same can somewhat be said about Aries female interaction with men, too. She may be quick to bed down with one, but days later, she may be gone without so much as a warning.

When it comes to sex and men for an Aries female, she thinks much like a man, again her polarity being masculine aligned. Sextrology states that an Aries woman is a sexual shopper and can even be somewhat predatory in nature about her sexuality. She may even behave like a man, in that, she'll tell you what you want to hear if it means she can get down your pants. She wants your company and your body, if only for the time being, and she feels as if it's her birthright to explore sex in this manner. After all, men do it so why can't she? That old term, "All is fair in love and war." I'm pretty sure an Aries female coined that one.

Sex Is Another Story

At times, an Aries female can be rather blase' about relationships, but sex, well now that's another story. Sextrology states that sex is one area that she cannot overlook and it's also one area where a man needs to be a man. When he unveils his package, it must elicit some sort of a gasp from her or she may be off to greener pastures. But not until she's had her way with him first. She's looking for a loophole, one that men use often. That loophole is - appearing to remain available as a means to score. An Aries female realizes the value of desire and she realizes that desire stems from that which we cannot have. By appearing to men as something that they can never own, she is able to channel from them strong desires for her. You'll hear many an Aries woman say, "I'm not looking for anything serious. I just like to have fun and live in the moment." An Aries woman's pure knowledge of the dynamics of desire stem from her zodiac station. Aries love a challenge. Nothing gets the juices flowing better than a challenge and by remaining a challenge to men, she manages to get droves of them chasing her around. Works like a charm.

There's no better foreplay, for both Aries men and women, than a good heated debate if not a downright argument. It incites the Aries call to arms, being ruled by Mars, the God of War. Warring, arguments and heated debates get this group going and fires the libido up to full tilt. A heated situation that others may deem miserable, Aries will feed their fires from. I'm sure you've seen those couples in the movies that are screaming like cats and dogs, tossing lamps at one another, and then suddenly find themselves locked in a passionate kiss leading one another off to the bedroom. That's a good representation of Aries sexual energy. Trouble is, being involved with an Aries long term can wear you down if you're not suited to this type of thing.

An Aries female tends to like a "right pounding" in the sack but, most likely, she's the one on top doing the pounding. She may hook up with older, fast men in youth. However, as Sextrology explains, later in life, when the shine has worn off of singledom, she'll scope out a guy whose a man, but is enough of a pushover that she's able to assert herself when need be. An Aries female will tolerate many things from a man, if she can bargain for her freedom all the same. If an Aries woman becomes disillusioned with the opposite sex, she'll toss her hands in the air, give up on it all, and take off on a string of sexapades much like a man does. She doesn't do phony and some men peg the Aries female as "easy." Wrong. What they fail to understand is that the jokes on them. They're not having their way with her - she's having her way with them. An Aries female owns her sexuality in the same manner as a man and she can be as equally forceful in the bedroom. Less confident males may even find her intimidating.

Sextrology lists an Aries females turnons as swarthy looks, rugged types, younger men, body hair and beards, sex-on-the-side, blue collar types, big hands and forearms, one night stands and strangers. Her keywords are separation, independence, nonconformity, diplomacy, single-mindedness, strategy, feminism, libido, energy and execution.

Don't Show An Aries Female Weakness

If an Aries female even gets so much as a single wiff of incompetence, weakness or hesitation, all bets may be off. Digging even deeper, if she senses an ounce of weakness in a man she, most likely, will be repulsed. She's masculine by nature and believes that men should be men. If you're not, eventually, this one's going to let you know that in not so many . . . err, nice words. She won't intentionally be mean and she's not the type that's prone to outright lashing out, but rather, she'll be very matter-of-fact about the matter and lay it out for you. As a result, the force of her truths may end up bruising an ego or two along the way.

Guys, trust me. Nothing is a bigger turnoff to an Aries woman than weakness. I'm not necessarily talking physical strength either. Much of this applies to emotional weakness. Some women, men can shed a tear in front of. I'd advise men not to shed a tear in front of an Aries woman. At least not one that you've just recently met. The only place that'll land you is alone out in the pasture. You can liken it to sharks smelling blood in the water, with the Aries female being the shark. One wiff and bam, they've taken down their prey. When a man shows any form of weakness to an Aries woman, physical or emotional, it's like he's an injured, bleeding seal bobbing helplessly in the water just asking for it.

An Aries female has "chutzpah" and she wants a man whose as equally ballsy and assertive as she is. Anything less just won't suffice. This type of behavior may not take place or expose itself all at once, she may decide to drag it out for a while if she does have feelings for you. Sounds odd, huh? She wants to prolong your pain. But that's not the case and she's misunderstood. Fact is, an Aries female will attempt to make it work but she's not into compromise and there will always be this "thing" nagging at her - your exposed weakness. Eventually, she'll either come right out and lay her cards on the table or she'll begin to behave strangely towards you until - poof she's gone. An Aries female really doesn't like the entanglement of drama or human emotions. As a result, she simply won't deal with them. No sappy goodbyes, it is what it is. It's just a matter of fact.

The Aries Female Is An Indomitable Spirit

As Sextrology states, an Aries woman seemingly exists to illustrate what a woman is truly capable of achieving on her own against societal odds. Aries women are pioneers, symbols of female strength, force and power. Aries females are a "ballsy bunch of bitches." I use the word bitches because I know none of them will be offended by that statement, but rather - they'll own it. Any Aries female reading this will surely get my drift here and understand that I'm actually paying them a compliment and then nod in agreement, "Hell ya!" Girl power.

Aries females include Jane Goodall, Bette Davis, Diana Ross, Billie Holiday, Joan Crawford, Sarah Jessica Parker, Kate Hudson, Sara Michelle Geller, Patricia Arquette, Jessica Lang, Doris Day, Ellen Barkin, Aretha Franklin, Loretta Lynn, Pearl Baily, Mariah Carey, Jane Mansfield, Rosie O'Donnel and Lucy Lawless. Sextrology refers to them as "outre' feminists and fierce opponents."

This is a powerful bunch of broads and when it comes to women and power - the word bitch becomes synonymous. It's unfortunate, but when women are independent thinkers that exude strength and confidence in themselves, society pins them down and labels them as bitches. When a man exudes those qualities, he's a leader. What a pity. But you see, this is what the Aries female is here to represent. She's here to show the world that the label you've stamped on women's heads and the stations in life you've forced them into - simply aren't cutting it for her.

The Aries female is here to prove everyone wrong and show the world that women can compete with men - if not outright beat them at their own game.
